Notting Hill Carnival is this weekend, I think this DIY feather headband would be perfect...

Tools:
5 feathers
Beading Wire
Headband
1. Trim the ends of the feathers so there's about 1cm of stem
2. Wrap beading wire around the stem, leaving about an inch of wire
3. Hold the feather to the headband and use the remaining wire to secure
4. Repeat for all feathers
