Cinnamon & Apple is one of my all time favourite flavour combinations, and these delicious autumn treats need no planning- once you've got the bagels everything else is a store cupboard ingredients.
Perfect for breakfast or with coffee in the afternoon.

To make one bagel
1. In a small bowl mix two tablespoons of apple sauce (from a jar) with half a teaspoon of cinnamon powder and two drops of vanilla essence.
2. Slice the bagels in half and toast in a toaster until just browning
3. Spread the apple mixture on the bagel and place under a hot grill until the top bubbles.
