Week in Pictures

1.       Le Pain Quotidien cakes
It was really tough to drag myself past this beautiful display of  cakes in the window of Le Pain Quotidien. Really tough.

2.       Flowers
One thing I loved about being in the Olympic Park was how pretty it was- you wouldn’t think this field of flowers was part of a sporting venue!

3. Hat Factor Statue
Grazia magazine have worked with UK milliners to make hat’s for some of London’s most famous statues. I spyed this in Trafalgar square.

4.       Lychee & Rose Martini
There’s a restaurant in London a friend & I always frequent. The food is good yes, but the main reason we go is for the Lychee & Rose martini’s- I’ve never tasted anything like it! My friend is so obsessed with them she plans to serve them at her wedding next year!

5.       Zara Leopard Trousers
I heart these. These skinny jeans have a velvet embossed leopard print pattern, I almost can’t wait for the weather to get a little cooler so I can wear them! (I know I shouldn’t wish for things like that when we get about 10 sunny days a year!)

6.       Navy & Blush
Browsing French Connection the other day I found a colour scheme I really love- navy & blush. Navy Blue is one of my favourite colours and I think it looks great paired with blush separates. I’m now thinking of items I’ve got in my wardrobe to re-create this look…
